[Sca-cooks] Cnn cilantro story

Ok, I read it and find it interesting, but I don't understand how it
explains why SOME people think it tastes like soap (it seems to be an even
split, either you taste soap or you taste a delightful aromatic herb).  Are
you making a connection between antibacterial properties and soap?
