Greetings all,
 
I am near Chattanooga TN -- Vulpine Reach, Meridies  http://vulpinereach.org/ -- been cooking since I could reach the top of the stove, about 40 years now -- my exciting Saturday night at home is filled with about ten pounds of pork chops and chicken thighs pan fried in olive oil with onion, ginger, and cumin -- roasted sweet potato, and peas with shitake mushrooms for veggies - dessert store-bought raspberry-fig bars with peanut butter
