In this case, Glatt Friendly implies that " I know the
rules, respect them, and will be able to provide a
snack appropriate for even the strictest of households
who abide by Kosher rules".
 Glatt is commonly used as a designation of very high
standards and expectations. ( at least in this area )

 I have access to a Kosher kitchen, and tend to do a
lot of my cooking for others there when it is
possible. 
 By cooking to the strictest standard, I know that
those who are Kosher of almost any designation will be
able to enjoy what I can provide.

 There is a lot of ingredient reading involved, as
well as a "2 dishwasher, 2 fridge, 2 sink 7 sets of
dishes/pots/pans, and a whole lot of paper plates"
thing goin on.
