I adore labne!  Same thing as kefir, but labne is the name I most
often eat it under.  Do it up Syrian style, with that kind of
architectural plating and lots of good olive oil in the creases.  Eat
it with a nice flat bread.

Anyway, the yogurt cheeses don't really hit the same spot as sour
cream for me.  Creme fraiche is really the only one I know that's
close enough.
