2lb lamb, stew meat
1 med onion - diced
2 small shallot - minced
3 cloves of garlic - minced
1 tbsp ginger - minced
1.5 cups brown rice
2-3 tspn curry powder
1-2 tspn garam marsala
chile peppers to taste
ground brown mustard seeds to taste
3 curry leaves
enough water to cover and cook rice

add to slow cooker  - cook enjoy
