[Sca-cooks] OT exploding brussel sprouts

Yeah - steam - they can explode in a really hot pan as well. I
I usuallly cut my sprouts in half when doing anything with high
heat or the dreaded microwave. (or microwave them on something
other than high)
Don't deep fry them either unless you have a lava suit on.
