Drink?
The upcoming Oxford Encyclopedia of Food and Drink in America will trace 
the history of food and drink in America, a history shaped by social 
movements, regional preferences, new innovations and a host of other 
factors. To celebrate the book's publication, the museum and Oxford 
University Press will host a discussion among its writers, food 
historians, chefs, critics, and the curators of the exhibition, "Bon 
App*tit: Julia Child's Kitchen at the Smithsonian" about the past and 
future of American cuisine. 1 p.m., Carmichael Auditorium.
