Amazon France has a description.
http://www.amazon.fr and search under title
According to
http://www.cookbookfair.com/pichtm/culinary_history.htm
it was judged the best cookbook in the world for 1998.
It's pretty, rare and in French, but if you don't read French or
want to collect seriously, it's probably not for you. Spend the money
on two or three other volumes that Devra has.
