I finally uploaded a recipe i worked out months ago.
Chicken Covered With Walnuts and Saffron - from the so-called 13th 
century Anonymous Andalusian Cookbook.
It was really yummy! I anticipate making it again. It was not as much 
work as it looks from my worked out recipe. But a blender or food 
processor is necessary, unless you have a really big mortar and 
strong arms...
