Oh, I wish I'd heard that! My one complaint about Saturday is that I missed most of last court and the Coronation itself. So, what was "medievalized"? Lyrics? Melody?

-------Siobhan had taken the chorus of "Here Comes the Sun," written soprano and alto recorder parts, and had slowed the whole thing down to a stately march. When Kelson expressed his wish for the warmth of his household around him, his retinue stepped forward with his sun device and Sioban, Sabine, and I entered from the side as I banged a tambourine. Since the procession was short, I just sang twice, "Here comes the sun (recorders going doo-doo-doo-doo instead of me singing "little darling), here comes the sun, it is all right!" We'd had about 15 minutes of practice in the bardic room, in between much giggling. I am not too sure that too many folks heard us, acoustics in the hall were so terrible.

Kelson had expressed his wish for that only the night before, so Siobhan had to throw it together pretty fast.
