I'm attaching a Word document with some pickle recipes I've used over 
the years.  Some are ones I've redacted, but one does come from /Dining 
with William Shakespeare /by Madge Lorwin...the pickled mushrooms.  If 
you have any questions, let me know....

PS:  I also included a couple of recipes from a Chinese 
manuscript...didn't know if you were mainly concerned with all European 
recipes, so thought I'd throw these in for fun.
