I've finally gotten the translations by Volker Bach (SCA: Giano
Balestriere) of three 15th century German language cookbook up on my
website. I asked Giano for color suggestions for the pages.
With Giano's permission, i have corrected typos i have noticed. And I
have put English words in where he was not certain of them, after
discussing them with him.
