I'm pleased to announce that a translation of the late 14th century 
Tuscan cookbook, variously known as Anonimo Tuscano, and Libro della 
Cocina, is now available on-line.

The text was translated by SCA member Vittoria Aureli who cooked a 
number of tasty recipes from it for West Kingdom June Crown 2005.
