Well ok I will admit to improper knife use... but yes it is possible to 
use 2 blades at once... it will dull them to hell and back but if they 
are cheap knives that can be easily resharpened, then a knife in each 
hand and being a drummer helps... chops the heck out of onions, celery, 
and other assorted veggies.   Would probably work well with cleavers.
It is all wrist action, (and yes I know how naughty this sounds) but it 
is basically chopping at a 16th-32nd note level.
Think of a drum roll with knifes.
