[Sca-cooks] Re grilled cheese sammich

        I butter one side of two slices of bread (oat-nut is great, regular 
firm white is ok). Heat the frying pan a bit. Pile the lower slice of bread 
with Jarlsburg, layer on some nice ripe tomato slices, cover with top slice. 
Carefully convey the thing into the frying pan. Press down occasionally as it 
cooks. Turn over carefully when brown on bottom, and do the same for second side. 
Serve with a nice sour pickle.
