But there is also a limit to how many layers you can add before you can't put your arms down. 
 When dealing with heat all that you need to do is dress in a single layer of loose clothing, drink plenty of water and try to avoid going outside during the hottest part of the day.  And reflect on the fact that at least you don't have to shovel sunshine.
