Amusingly enough, a Canadian restaurant across the street from my
hairdresser ["The Big Tease" in Monrovia, California, owned and operated by
Viscountess Lorissa du Griffin]. It is now possible to get credible poutine
in Los Angeles County. I had it vetted by people who have spent more time
in Canada than I have just to be sure. That stuff will keep you warm,
n'est-ce pas?
