[Sca-cooks] Meat loaf (was Peppers and Mangoes)

Well let's add more:  my dad thought it was tres cool with a hard boiled egg
in the middle, and my earliest recollections of watching my mom was using a
can of cambells vegetable soup in the mix.  I prefer a meat mix of gr beef,
sweet sausage and  turkey (since veal is non-existent for all practical
purposes).    I don't like ketchup on it, but a nice coating of A-1 smeared
on is good.
