You've been bored again :-)  Nice joke that people took way 
too seriously.

Flay is good for their ratings.  Kinda like how people slow down 
for a car wreck.   His cooking style is also perfectly suited for 
crankin out lots of dishes in an hour.  Many of the chefs didn't
consider Chen Kenichi a chef either due to his embrace of 
Chinese food.
