For the real low-carb people, I use a "breading" of half soy flour and 
half wheat bran.  Roll the fatbomb in beaten egg and then in flour-bran 
mixture, then deep-fry that sucker till brown.  Not low calorie by any 
means, your mileage may vary, etc.
