YOU had butaine??!! I had a fire in a stone grill. I can keep this up and not

Not to start a rant, but NEVER let a stick jock (who only does that) decide 
that there are adiquate kitchen facilities at an event...

I'm also interested in the thread about "giving other cooks a chance to do 
events" as Nicola will tell you, we usually only have at most two active cooks 
in a group, if that....<G>
