Sure she could. She grew up in a restaurant kitchen.  Her family runs a 
restaurant chain in upstate New York and Rachel goes home once a year 
and cooks all weekend for the guests.  I do appreciate the "famous" 
folks who give back to the home town.  IN any case, if she can turn out 
a 30-Minute Meal, she could do the 60-minute Iron Chef thing, 
particularly since they are told 3 or 4 or several "possible" theme 
ingredients in advance.

I'd like to see that, truly!  "English Muffin" indeed.

In one year, I had two friends disappear from my life, one died, one 
went to grad school.  I was not sure which one was further away... study 
hard kiddo!
