Not =my= frickin' Iron Chef.  You should read the vitriol on the 
IronChef yahoo group.  Or maybe you shouldn't.

I think they should hire me to sit beside Alton Brown and explain all 
the hard words to him.  Last week's show, there seemed to be an awful 
lot of Italian and Spanish cooking terms that he didn't know.
