[Sca-cooks] gluten-free flour

Bob's Red Mill makes a Gluten Free Baking Mix that can
be used cup for cup as a substitute for wheat flour.
It's a blend of rice, sorghum, and some other flours. 

Non wheat flours cannot usually be used cup for cup as
a substitute, but in combination like this they can.
I've found this mix at most grocery stores and natural
food stores.
