Skipping ahead again (while saving the digests to look at later), I
noticed that Vladimir Armbruster asked:

I posted about one Florilegium file just now. I hope you saw that or
found the file.

You might want to glance through this file. This is a good, annotated
bibliography of books about period food and cooking books. I don't seem
to have any files specifically on English 14th century food.

That is not surprising. It was for most folks until eastern Europe
started opening up in the 90s. And even then the area doesn't seem to
have the surviving number of manuscripts that some areas have. This is
a bit past period, but I'm still proud to be able to provide it in the
Florilegium MANUSCRIPTS section:
