There's plenty. Wolfenbüttel houses a huge collection of medieval and 
Renaissance books, and I really have to gove up calling it 'the' Wolfenbüttel 
MS just because it's the only culinary one I'm aware of. 

And one day I'll take off a week and work in that library, dammit!
