Make all the jham you can bear. Try it with a dash of lemon, a sprig of mint, 
or a touch of cinnamon. Once the stawbs are macerating in sugar, they last a 
touch longer than fresh, so dump them in sugar and boil them over the next 
few days. And you don't really need to chop them if you use a potato masher 
while boiling. 

Puree some and make jam out of that, too. 

Puree others and freeze them

If you can take the time, bottle some

Freeze the nicest ones whole (they're no good for munching, but they still go 
well with milk shakes, cakes, and ice creams). 

That's what I'd do. Unfortunately over here the weather is taking a bad turn 
and strawbs have gone to $2.50/lb right now. That'll be expensive jam.
