[Sca-cooks] RE: OOP Strawberries (late)

Red sunset
1 angel food cake torn into medium size bits and dispersed in a 9"x13" cake
pan.(homemade gets you more cake then store bought)

1 8oz container of Cool whip type whipped topping or homemade whipped cream
of equivalent amount (have not tried this recipe with the homemade whipped
cream but a cousin said she has and it worked fine).
2 3oz. pkgs of strawberry jello mix
2 cps (or more if prefered) sliced strawberries.
In a bowl mix jello according to pkg. for the ice method. when jello has
thickened add strawberries.
Fold in the whipped cream.
pour over the angelfood cake.
Refrigerate.
