[Sca-cooks] Somewhat OT: Looking for Canadian on-line suppliers

Question #1:  What in the bloomin' fires of hades is an Opopanax?  I thought
it was a bird.

Question #2: More of a request really, please be careful of the supplier you
get for your sandalwood.  Sandalwood is an endangered tree (as the oil must
be made from the heartwood and roots).  Please be sure to find out who the
approved harvester is, and purchase only from them.  (The Indian government
has few suppliers allowed to harvest this precious wood).
