[Sca-cooks] Ratio

I guess mine comes out about the same, but I try for 1/4 to 1/3 lb of 
each meat dish. So if I have beef, pork and chicken in three separate 
dishes, that is about 3/4-1 lb of meat for a person for the whole feast. 
If I was only fixing one meat dish, I would probably work at the 1/3 - 
1/2 per person, assuming that there are other dishes. Again, for SCA 
purposes.
