[Sca-cooks] Missing digests 64 and 65

Yesterday I got digest vol 24 issue 63, which this message was in, and 
then got digest vol 24 issue 66 today at noon. I assume that numbers 64 
and 65 did go out and I'm missing them for some reason. Could someone 
who gets the digest please forward these two missing digests to me?
