What I'm finding interesting is that while meat prices have increased
tremendously, the farmers are getting only slightly more than they had been
for the meat animals. I can't think that gas/fuel prices account for all of
the increase.

Wondering- if I were to run a butchering clinic, where we butcher and dress
an assortment of animals, and split the labor and expense, do y'all think
people might be interested? I was thinking of doing such a thing here in the
EK...
