Think layers - something crispy, like a pizelle or other wafer, or 
triangles/squares of layered, buttered and baked phyllo layered with 
something creamy and/or fruity.  Most likely then sprinkled with powdered 
sugar, as the foo-foo chefs seem to like to do these days...
