Ah... our local Whole Paycheck, errr, Whole Foods has (or at least 
used to have) hazelnut butter... they've recently moved all the jams 
and nut butters into the bread aisle and reduced the range of both 
jams and nut butters - i don't know if they still have the hazelnut 
butter. I'll be looking next time i'm in there.

Otherwise, i guess i'll be grinding my own in the food processor. 
Since i'll need to add a little oil, if hazelnut oil is unavailable 
or too expensive, i'll use almond oil. Almond oil does not taste like 
"almond flavor", which is derived from bitter almonds, not from 
"sweet" almonds.
