[Sca-cooks] Menu Challenge!!!!!!!!

I decided last night that it was impossible, for there is nothing to eat in
my house! (I'm sure those that know me are rolling on the floor laughing
right now, but still...)  I'm sure if I pulled everything out of the
cabinets and shelves and freezer and fridges I could do it, but last night
it looked pretty bleak.  :(
