I did the usual turkey, with my beloved cornbread stuffing, 
cranberry/clementine relish, rolls, sweet potatoes, etc..

And as per usual, I managed to cook the turkey upside down, which doesnt 
look so pretty, but oh that breast meat is tender! And I discovered that I 
can NOT make real mashed potatoes. Followed the recipe to the letter, and 
they were just nasty. YUCK. I have no clue what I did wrong!

Pumpkin pie made with neufchatel cheese and a bottom layer of 
walnuts/butter/brown sugar...mmmmm...
