Do you perhaps have a copy of this documentation in electronic form?  
I'm wondering if that might not make a good article for the  
Florilegium. Often A&S documentation will, if it can stand alone  
without the actual exhibit.

Once upon a time we had a discussion of whether medieval folks ate  
raw fruits and vegetables and folks did come up with some evidence of  
them eating these in period, although the evidence is slim since it  
is one of those things you really don't need a recipe for. Anyway,  
even if the material won't work as an stand-alone article perhaps it  
would be a good addition to this file:
raw-fruit-vg-msg  (14K) 12/21/04    Evidence that raw fruits and  
vegetables were
                                        eaten in period.

I do wonder about eating raw parsnips. How well did those go over, or  
did you not have samples of these in your display?
