[Sca-cooks] paella

 Greetings
  Okay so how many people had a laugh, one might as well chase the casserole 
as paella for  accuracy. I would have a better chance of proofing paellar 
the cooking vessel not the meal existance then a singular paella.
 Yes one could say it did exist in period as was suggested earlier by Bear, 
Stefan,  and several others, multiple references can be found to it. But it 
seems to have no distinctive singular recipe, much like the cassarole.
  The meal borrows it name from the dish in which it is made.
