Depends, of course. Many of them say '4 cups' when it's actually 4 weeny 
teeny cups, and turns out maybe 2 1/2 mugs' worth of tea. Personally, I 
think that 4 mugs' worth is about right, but then I'm fueled by a 
pekoe/Assam blend, so...
