[Sca-cooks] Freezing almond milk

I have frozen almond milk without any difficulty  --  I usually use it for
cooking,  and haven't noticed a texture change.  Drinking it may be
different texture/taste.   Just make sure once it is thawed you shake it
well to get all the bits/sludge/oil re-incorporated.  Caointairn
