It, like so many other books, is somewhat mixed. He has some good 
info, but he sneers at the peach patina with fish sauce and cumin 
(oh, yeah, it also has some green stuff in it) as being inedible. 
That dish was one of the hit dishes of my Greco-Roman feast.
