Hmmmmmmm.....
Well you could use things like electric coffee urns to reheat soup...and you can rent large chafing dishes to also keep things warm, though cooking in them really won't work.  You may find that you have to use coolers to keep stuff that needs refrigeration.  I would also look into doing as much pre-cooking as possible.  That way, you could even freeze some things (stews do this particularly well...and taste better if they've aged a bit!).  Frozen, they will help keep other stuff cold as well.  You could make pies of various sorts that you cook a day or two ahead and serve cold.  There are veggie dishes, like compost, that can be served cool or at room temp...as can salads.  

So far as not having a sink is concerned, you may have to use dishpans...much as most of us do when camping, for those thing that you need a sink for (washing veggies, washing dishes, etc.)  Push comes to shove, you may have to take pots home (or send them home with others to be cleaned).
