[Sca-cooks] how to make bread

Various flat breads also come to mind.  You can do those in a skillet or
tortilla pan.  I've done some recipes, both unleavened and yeasted, that
would probably work out quite well with stove-top cooking, although I baked
mine (matter of room in the kitchen, as much as anything).
