The ovine bits I have in my freezer came from little welsh sheep, about a year old. So probably younger than what you get in the grocery store around here but not a pasqual lamb by any means! --AM Stefan asks: Is this "lamb" by medieval terms? or is this modern mutton which is often called "lamb"?
