[Sca-cooks] Non-feast cooking

This is all actually really interesting....
What do cooks eat when its just for them? I'm always fascinated to hear
what foodies cook for themselves and their families and what simple food
pleasures they enjoy.

It doesn't have to be a big production EVERY time :)

I love her! I haven't read any of the books yet but she has made
appearances in several short story anthologies I've read. Those
books are in my Amazon shopping cart now...waiting for spare money
to come through.

I've been on a Vietnamese Beef Salad kick...Vietnamese grilled
beef on salad with fresh sprigs of cilantro and Thai basil with a
fish sauce (on the veggies) and peanut sauce (on the meat)
dressing. Yummm!
