[Sca-cooks] Powdered sugar cups by weight

Read this and realized I had a brain fart. Didn't think to look at the side
of the box for the serving size. Pulled the box from the recycling bin and
voila! there it was.
Thank you all for helping me. Now to go and make the gooey butter cake.
