[Sca-cooks] marshmallow recipe

There was an article on this in like the NYTimes or WA Post food section
where they did the comparison between purchased and home-made.
I think purchased won because you can easily burn graham crackers
when making them from scratch. Also it was a pain in the @#$ to make
everything and then have all the dishes in the house dirty. All that money
and time for what can be made easily and quickly! The real joy
about some-mores is the quick sugar rush and ease of cleanup and you get
to play with fire. And sticks on fire and marshmallows on fire, etc.
Who hasn't seen some kid flinging a burning marshmallow around in a circle
with a mom screaming that you're going to burn someone's eye out?
