[Sca-cooks] parking tags, was Pennsic history

the law on the books says
"nothing may hang from the rear view mirror"
the fact is it is seldom enforced.

but my mom worked for handicapped assistance groups, and the handicapped tag
that you can hang on your rear view? law says take it off before driving or
you can be ticketed.
