Cream of mushroom. Cream of potato came second and Cream of chicken was a
back up. This will slightly change the further South you go in MO.  No cream
of celery, Thaut thar is Yorker fancy stuff. :)

Cream of Celery is Presbyterian, not Lutheran.

Cream of Mushroom is used heavily in the Episcopal however.
