I'm with Petru on the choices and options!  I'm generally cooking for people
with a fairly wide assortment of preferences and limitations (and no, it's
NOT ever one of those whiney situations with overly picky consumers).  I
just figure it's part of the job description for a good feast cook to give
his or her feasters a variety, so that not all dishes have nuts, or cheeses,
or meat, or wheat, or alcohol, or sugar.  The amounts of the foods I offer
that people choose to consume is completely up to them....they're either all
grownups, or they're sitting with their parents.  ;o)
